Byron Home provides personalized service to seniors planning to downsize. We can make the move less stressful--for you and your family. 

Select from our practical, hands-on services including:

• sorting through closets, drawers, attics and basements 

• taking inventory to review with the children/family 

• getting appraisals and/or buyers for selected items, including antiques and collectibles

• coordinating donations

• preserving memories: documenting "history" on selected items, creating albums, shadowboxing collections

• packing, and arranging for and overseeing movers

• unpacking and setting up in the new home.

We can also help prepare the home for sale to yield the best price, including:

• recommending and coordinating the fix-ups worth making

• cleaning, de-cluttering

• overseeing painting/touch up 

• light interior design work in key areas (enough to show the home's potential)

• arranging for yard work

• referral to a local realtor (top-selling realtor, with a pleasant, low-key manner)

• maintaining the house throughout the sale process

• clean-out for the final walk-through after the sale.
